They've got a lot of different facets, and I think those different facets make almost any dwarven class appropriate. Of the classes you're considering, I personally think warrior makes more sense. The Wildhammers are known warriors. As a guy who no longer plays the game but is still interested in the lore, I say go for it. You may even enjoy it more. The arbiter is visibly a clockwork god, ect. there's nothing to dispute. But we also get to see exactly how an Arbiter is made.
