Sometimes I only get one day of positive opks, sometimes two. Usually I get a temp rise the second day after the first opk. But once or twice it was in the third day! It's all ok and normal. A BBT spike (or progesterone testing) will show that ovulation did actually happen. So it's possible that while you're getting a positive OPK, you may not actually be ovulating when you think you are. If you do eventually get a BBT increase, it could mean that your body is trying again and successfully ovulating the 2nd time.Therefore, BBT and OPK combined will let you know if you are really O'ing.
